4. Should government spend more money on improving roads and highway, or should government spend more money on improving public transportation. (buses, trans, subway)? why? use specific reason and details to develop you essay.

My Opinion :

         When we talk about the need for improved roads and improved public transport is no denying that all should be mandatory even for a government priority for this country. Why so? We can feel or just watch it on television a lot of news about the streets in the city streets of major cities are damaged and not worth it in the cross by road users and caused many casualties fell in the ruined streets of the subject needs to be for the government to spend more on repair or maintenance of existing highways.

            Regarding transportation issues? Does the government need to improve? By improving public transport can provide a good steward of the people who use public transport then it will be a lot of people who used to use private transport to switch to public transport. So that the problem of congestion, lack of pollution, fuel will be addressed. Advantage compared to private vehicles, for example:

My Opinion :

         I as a tourget one day? I would invite a foreign tourists visited the city to Bogor, Bogor city why do I choose? Because the Bogor city is the city closest to the capital and international airport Soekarno-Hatta therefore I chose Bogor to invite the tourists.

         In Bogor city is also famous for a very cool and probably will make the tourists comfortable, in a great many culinary Bogor Bogor city itself is in the tourist place of origin may not be there and there is also a botanical garden Bogor Bogor very beautiful and as one lung to earth with a variety of plant diversity of the colonial era.

         That's why I chose the city of Bogor as a recommendation for tourists to visit apabia just pick one day in Indonesia.

2. Some people say that computer have made life easier and convenient. Other people say that computer have made life more complex and stressful

My Opinion: 

       Basically back to the people themselves how they use the computer and how there are people who say comfortable with using the computer and wrote also stress using the computer. In the modern era like now who are not familiar with computers, almost everyone on the earth using the computer as its function.

       Opinions of people who say that it's probably comfortable using computer pretty much since the computer itself today are incredibly helpful in work and more can shorten the time in the appeal process in the era prior to the computer we use the typewriter to type and it is difficult to use, but after the computer all feels easy.

       Modernaisasi era like now we are obliged to know a lot of things going on in the world, using the Internet we can quickly access what events are happening on the internet somewhere and it needs to support the use of computer software. The conclusion was greatly simplify our computer in many ways.

       But there are some people who are not comfortable with the presence of computers and make them stress. Maybe that makes them stressful are more ways to use the computer that they have not understood.

My Opinion:

          Value is something of value, quality, show quality, and useful for humans. Something that means something is worth valuable or useful for human life.

           I agree strongly support the value of students to learn, because of the value it can directly measure the ability of a student, if the student receives a grade alone is not good he will try to fix it on the other side he is good value if he will continue the spirit of learning in order to maintain the value mentioned

           In other words, the value can be used as a basic reference for someone who has a direct impact providing motivation or encouragement to do better than before.

Conclusion value is to provide a positive reference for someone to make it better.

Cooperatives in Indonesia

          In the current development, cooperative development can not run as expected. Cooperative development in Indonesia today is so very slow. Although various policies have been announced by the government, the existence of co-operatives in Indonesia still can not meet the conditions desired by the community. One reason is lack of co-operative society enthuses. This is because during these cooperatives were seen as an institution, not as an economic system.

            If we see in terms of cooperative institutions, then we can see them as associations and cooperatives as a business entity. As an association, we can see from the definition of the cooperatives themselves, which is a gathering of people, where people are working together to jointly achieve a common goal, namely to increase the standard of living and welfare.

In this case, the collection of people is a prerequisite for the formation of a cooperative, where the rules of Indonesian cooperatives, cooperatives can only be established if there is a minimum of 20 people. In addition, as an association or organization, it is necessary in the cooperative management of the cooperative to manage and represent it in running their businesses and achieve their goals.

Based on economic democracy which does not want any economic concentration on just one hand, but it should be evenly distributed to every citizen. Business entity in accordance with this provision is a cooperative, where the cooperative is a business entity as well as the economic movement that promotes the interests of members in particular and society in general by virtue of kinship. Thus, the cooperative as an economic system has a fairly strong political position because it has a constitutional basis.

            Cooperatives in Indonesia is not developed in accordance with the wishes of the community, but many in some companies / organizations that make the cooperative itself and for the members who participated certainly benefit from the cooperative. But the cooperative is not seen as a major institution that interests many people. Most days now, especially large urban areas rarely use cooperative economic system, because many financial institutions (Bank) is outstanding and the community is generally more convenient for some facilities ease. But for remote region, the cooperative is still reliable for the welfare of its citizens. Where in accordance with the cooperative principles of kinship, for the welfare of its members.

Dunia kuliah sangatlah melekat dengan dunia bisnis? iyaa tentu saja karena di dunia kuliah keperluan akan tambahan uang saku sangatlah perlu di samping karena biaya fotokopi , beli buku untuk juga memenuhi segala kegiatan perkuliahan yang diluar akademik itu sendiri, TAPI apakah mahasiswa bisa mengatur waktu untuk kuliah dan berbisnis? Disini saya akan mencoba berbagi cerita pengalaman saya kuliah sambil berbisnis, intinya dalam pembagian waktu adalah bagaimana diri kia bisa mengaturnya dimana waktunya kuliah dan waktunya berbisnis, apabila sedang di dalam kelas atau sedang waktu ujian disitu lah waktunya fokus untuk kuliah, tetapi ketika ada waktu luang atau setiap pulang kuliah barulah saya berkutik di dunia bisnis yg saya tekunin hingga sekarang

TUJUAN 2 : PENTINGNYA WIRAUSAHA
Jaman sekarang sulit untuk mencari lapangan pekerjaan, maka dari itu dari semenjak duduk di bangku kuliah sangat lah penting untuk para mahasiswa menekuni wirusaha di bidang yg mereka sukai dan mampu untuk mengembangkan usaha yg di buatnya.

Judul           :         Berbisnis Denim Dengan Modal Pas Pasan

Sekarang ini dunia bisnis telah banyak digeluti oleh Mahasiswa. Tidak hanya sekedar menuntut ilmu dibangku kuliah saja, namun mereka mulai mengeksplore kemampuannya pada dunia bisnis. 

Memiliki hobi berbelanja dan mengoleksi jenis jenis celana denim . Lalu saya berinisiatif dengan teman saya wahyu untuk membuat merk denim sendiri. Kami hanya perlu menggunakan denim saya dan membawa display beberapa jenis denim dengan model dan warna yang berbeda ke kampus, kemudian coba tawarkan ke teman-teman terdekat terlebih dahulu.

Modal pertama kami hanya ratusan ribu rupiah dan berjalannya waktu kami berdua kekurangan modal dan mengajak teman saya reza untuk bergabung dalam bisnis ini. Setelah berdiri bertiga kita pun mulai mengembangkan sayap dengan modal yang bisa di bilang pas pasan . Disini kita harus pintar memanfaatkan situasi dengan modal sedikit dapat menghasilkan barang yang menarik, unik dan pastinya bakal dilirik oleh target pembeli.

Dalam melakukan sebuah bisnis, kita tidak boleh malu dan takut. Malu tidak akan membuat kita maju. Kita dituntut untuk berani dan pandai bicara alias promosi ke teman-teman dekat ataupun orang yang belum dikenal. Tujuan kita berbisnis adalah untuk mencari pembeli dan pelanggan nantinya agar dapat mengembalikan modal kita yang akan digunakan untuk memproduksi barang baru kembali. Jika ada orang yang membicarakan kita karena kita berjualan, tidak usah terlalu didengar. Toh, bisnis kita tidak mengganggu kehidupan mereka.

Memiliki banyak teman atau relasi di kampus maupun di luar kampus tentunya sangat membantu kita dalam berbisnis. Teman sendirilah yang akan menjadi target sasaran awal kita sebagai pembeli bahkan pelanggan nantinya. Teman juga dapat membantu kita dalam mempromosikan dagangan kita ke teman-teman yang lain.
